Our sessions will take place at a regular, agreed time in my ‘safe’ private room in Torquay where you and I will not be overheard or interrupted.
Our sessions will generally involve you talking and expressing yourself as freely as possible and me being fully present, listening actively, responding warmly and genuinely, gently holding clear boundaries and kindly supporting you. The atmosphere encourages a conversation to occur and flow spontaneously without having to justify every word. Yet, these conversations remain sensible and meaningful in a way that is always relevant to your situation. contact me |
