I understand it can be difficult to reach out for help, so I make the contact we have easy. You can contact me via text, email or phone call and get a sense of me, how I work and decide whether I am a fit for you. At the same time I can get a sense of what is going on for you and we can talk together about how to move forward.

My fees are £50 for 60 minutes or £70 for 90 minutes. I have a small number of lower cost places for Trainee Counsellors and those on a limited income . Fees for these can be negotiated on a case by case basis. ​contact me
